1. Who We Are

PV Startup Studio, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“NextForge“, “we“, “us“) operates the pilot marketplace at nextforge.vc. We are the responsible party (responsable) for the personal data you provide to us, as defined by Mexico\’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity & contact data: name, work email, phone number, job title, and company name — provided when you submit a form or create an account.
• Pilot data: information shared during a pilot engagement, including documents, integration details, and usage logs.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration, collected automatically via cookies and server logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate and improve the NextForge platform; match corporate buyers with suitable startups; communicate pilot updates, scorecards, and notifications; respond to support and contact requests; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with: the Startup you engage in a pilot (limited to information necessary to run the pilot); service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality agreements; and government authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 36 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in the Master Pilot Agreement. Pilot data is returned or deleted within 30 days of pilot conclusion per the MPA.

6. Your Rights

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, contact us at . We will respond within 20 business days.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the nature of the data stored. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to pilot data is restricted to authorized NextForge personnel and the relevant Startup.
