We think the best startups should win enterprise clients on merit, not on who they know.
The old model was broken: startups needed warm intros to get in the door, and corporate buyers needed six months of legal to try anything new. Both sides burned time and money on process instead of results.
NextForge replaces that with a structured 90-day pilot: one legal agreement, structured scorecards, and an AI workspace that keeps both sides focused on outcomes. The startup proves value or walks. The buyer converts or exits with full feedback.
